The Workshop
[ waste into wonder, trash into treasure ]
This is where the srew is turned, the sawdust settles, and the flying sparks give birth to… who knows what? From the handmade robot sculptures to complete adult Tuskan Raider costumes, you never know what will spring forth. At Garden Ruin, I am always looking for interesting materials that can find a new life. After that, it is a matter of listening to find out what wants to be created and maybe even why.
Sculptures
Not all of these sculptures and models are necessarily for kids to play with themselves, as sometimes the found objects used may not be suitable for lil ones. However, they are all made with children and their happiness and healing in mind.
Costumes
The magic of Halloween never went away for me and I look forward to finding that inspiration for the next costume every time. Just like with the other products of The Workshop, the idea will be to use that creative super-boost to do some good.

Miniatures
From small beginnings… creativity through exploring the miniscule and creating in the diminutive. Made with reclaimed or second-life materials and objects, the sets and buildings are ready for in-game use.

Furniture
We all need the items of necessity, but they don’t have to be the same old design, do they? Occassionally the materials come along that allow for larger projects. Anything from shelves to lighting installations.

Strange and unusual sometimes, but always meant to beautify in their own way and maybe even be functional. Following the theme, these are all made with reclaimed materials.
